If "We the people "participate by voting for a candidate of our choice and our votes are simply over turned by college electoral, then why should "We the people " vote in the first place?
There is no incentive for states to reach out to more of its citizens to include them in elections because the state's electoral count remains fixed in any event.
I believe that "We the American people are disappointed and discouraged from the recent 2012 election because we all came together on that day to make our votes count and our voices to be heard.I believe this petition is needed for the American people and for justice of all.
