Remove the Electoral College from the voting, and election process

We the People have decided we no longer desire to be oppressed by the Electoral College.The electoral college effectively makes the statement that individual votes do not count. To won a State the candidate only has to get more votes in a state than his opposition. So what this tells us is that the minority of voters have no say. There opinion does not count. Make every Vote count not just half of them.
