We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Remove the Electoral College/Process from the U S Constitution to Give Equality to Each Individual's Vote for President

Created by K.V. on November 09, 2016

Whereas the Electoral College has failed the American people 4 of 45 (8.9%) times in her history to elect the Presidential & V. P. candidates who received the majority of the votes of the American people, it is time to delete all references to and use of the Electoral College (Electors) from the U. S. Constitution.

Whereas 4 U. S. Presidents have been erroneously elected by the Electoral College based upon each individual’s equal representation under the law, millions of American voters have been disenfranchised by not having their vote for President & V. P. given equal standing in the election process.

Whereas methods and technology have been established allowing each individual’s vote to be counted, verified and transmitted via their state to Congress, Electors are no longer needed.
