Remove the Electoral Vote and base the Presidential Election winner always on whom gets the most votes.

The Presidental Election is never based on what the people are actually saying. Hillary won the popular vote by at least 500,000 votes, and Donald Trump still won. A democratic person living in an area where eveyone is republican does not even have to bother voting because that persons vote will get overpowered. Instead of congratulating Trump on his presidential "win" people are protesting more than the country has ever seen before. Proving that this is NOT what the majority of the country wanted.
