Ellen Pao became the CEO of Reddit Inc. in November 2014. She originally seemed to stand for freedom of speech and the rights of the people to express themselves, but as of late she has begun to censor reddit.com. In doing so she removed perfectly legal (albeit controversial) topics without any strong reason as per the website's rules.
She is also biased sexually against her own gender and illegally bases hiring decisions off of that (see https://archive.is/y6PJD). Hypocritically, she herself pursued a lawsuit regarding what she claimed was gender descrimination against herself in 2012.
