We the people of the United States of America find it to be in the best interest of the country and it's citizens to remove Congress from power.
Congress has shown us time and time again that when faced with the difficult issues they will falter. Congress members refuse to act in the best interest of the civilians of the United States Of America and continue to self serve or serve their various sponsors that helped them become elected members of congress.
State Governors have shown that they are capable of working together for the best interest of their collective state's citizens.
Governors are in a better position to understand the needs of their people than Congress. We the people believe that Governors could meet once a month and would far exceed the full capability of the Congress.
