Remove the ethnicity/race category from employment, school, and all applications.

The fact that applications for nearly everything ask to define yourself with a race is unconstitutional. No one should have to tell anyone what race they are because race does not matter when it comes to who qualifies for a job. The best candidate should get the job or the best student should get into the school based on merit and nothing else. People are people and not a check mark on a box. Let's treat people like people and not like a piece of paper with Hispanic, Caucasian, African-American, Asian, or Native American on it.
