The Catholic Church has argued that life begins at conception. However, in the case of Stodghill vs. St. Thomas More Hospital in the state of Colorado, their legal counsel's have argued successfully with the courts siding with the defendants that a fetus is not legally a person until they are born contradicting and undermining the very principle that the church has stood on that life begins at conception.
Therefore, we believe that this is an admission of fraud for the application of exemption status of contraception coverage to women and families including birth control and abortion health services under the Obamacare health initiative that requires organizations to provide their employees.
We petition the Obama Administration to remove this exemption for all Catholic Organizations.
