ban The Experts, the employer of the Navy Yard shooter, from current and all future contracts with the Federal Government for failure to follow the proper security checks of employees gaining access to secured DOD facilities. Their lack of responsibility can not be over looked as they clearly did not verify the past criminal history of Navy Yard shooter. This fatal error cost 12 American Heroes their lives needlessly. Simple procedures such as running a NAC and/or even a State wide PRC would have revealed, clearly, a criminal past. In the opinion of the American people, The Experts, should not be granted any further contracts, all current contracts should be voided without payment and their security rights removed for ALL employees immediately for security risks.
