Offer the following to the Republicans in the House, Ted Cruz and Rand Paul: 1. no mandatory class II devices. 2. No forced home searches for anyone (especially Veterans), 3. No access for the IRS to people's bank accounts--in fact no penalties at all--"can't afford" will be handled with tax credit directly to a basic insurance plan.
Also, offer to switch from a mandatory insurance plan to a single-payer plan. This plan is better, but would not have passed either party due to a tax which is now in place as a penalty. Change the penalty to a small "reverse mortgage" type tax against the Federal Reserve debt that the US "owes" foreign banks for printing our money.
