Remove fathers name from birth certificate once the alleged father has proven not to be the legal father of said child

For years, the Child Support services and the courts have refused to overturn the removal a fathers name from a birth certificate once the alleged father has been proven not to be the child's father. In most cases the alleged father resumes the responsibility of taking care of the support of the child. Even when DNA evidence is presented to the courts and/or the child support agency, they have failed to recognize the support of the evidence.
This petition will introduce the immediate removal of the alleged fathers name from a birth certificate once the alleged father has been proven, by DNA, to not be the child's father.
