Remove FCC censorship on radio broadcasting based on 1st Amendment Rights.

Created by E.B. on January 30, 2013

Censorship of radio broadcasting violates 1st Amendment rights. By editing and censoring music played on the radio, the FCC is not allowing true free speech. Radio stations should have the right to choose whether or not they would like to censor songs. People are not forced to have the radio on, nor are they forced to listen to certain stations when the radio is on. When turning on the radio, they are making the choice to listen.
