The recent massacre in Orlando has brought to light the absurdity of FDA bans against transgender women and gay men. Right now a trans woman would be barred for life for no other reason than harmfull stereotypes and systemic bias. Gay men are required to sign a waver under penalty of law that they have not had sex in a yr,even if they are married. Lesbian women are forced to explain their sexuality,barring bisexuality they are then free to donate.This is part of the ongoing genocide against the LGBT community,telling us our bloods no good without even testing it? This in direct contrast to what standards are supposed to protect from-while a white cisgender heterosexual crackhead male can sell his plasma once a week indeffinitly as long as his track marks arent visable!?
