The FDA's deeming regulations of which the first begins August 8th 2016, classifies electronics cigarettes and their products as tobacco products. The FDA has frozen the market on all new products and implemented unreasonable sanctions on the electronic cigarette industry that will ultimately lead to the failure of small businesses because they can not meet the demands met by the FDA.
