imported and non imported flavored cigarettes should not be regulated by the FDA. They should not have the power to take the Americans freedom of choice away. we should be allowed the freedom to choose what we smoke in our own homes.
we ask that Obama Would force the FDA to reopen trade on flavored cigarettes. And force the FDA to state an apology for overstepping and abusing there authority. And apologize to the american people for acting in an unconstitutional way.
