Remove the FDA stipulation banning Homosexuals and MSM's from legally donating blood.
Donating blood to companies such as the Red Cross and those who are members of America's Blood Centers (ABC) who are non-profit blood agencies go to save lives. Many are critical and the only source in rural areas and some provide to neonatal care.
The FDA has an antiquated rule that stereotypes gay men or men who have had sex with men as high risks for HIV. There are also rules to lesbians and women who have had relations with a gay or former gay man.
The Red Cross and those in the ABC screen all the blood that comes in for transmittable diseases, they no longer segregate or excluded on race, religion, or ethnicity.
Order the FDA to drop the ban on Homosexuals in order for those who want to donate.
