Remove federal election funding from states that do not allow some form of no excuse early voting.

Created by M.B. on January 25, 2013

Early voting has become a core part of the democratic process in many states. However, there are over a dozen states that still have no form of no excuse early voting. Early voting allows for greater voter participation in the many states that offer it to their citizens. The right to early voting should be universal in the United States, and the federal government should not provide federal funding for voting expenditures to states that do not provide their citizens with the option of no excuse early voting.
