The President will appoint the The Department of Homeland Security together with the FBI, to investigate and identify all persons who have signed ANY Petitions online or Off requesting and desiring succession from the United States of America. Once correctly identified and confirmed, such individuals will be removed from ALL Federal Programs of assistance. All Medicare Payments are to cease, Food Stamps cancelled, and Assistance Terminated. This includes Veterans Benefits which the Federal Government pays for, Any Federal Tuition Assistance, Unemployment Benefits, and ANY other Federal Sponsored programs not named, to include Welfare, Headstart, SSI, etc. FDIC, Home Loans Federally Guaranteed, etc are all to be removed from these individuals.
