We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Remove The federal prohibition on Marijuana .

Created by R.T. on May 27, 2016

Over the last few years, there has been growing support for legalizing Marijuana for both medical and recreational use. I would briefly like to tell my story to hopefully grab more people's attention about this. I am 21 years old and I was diagnosed with tourettes syndrome at age 6. Tourette syndrome is a neurological disorder that consists of uncontrollable muscle movements and verbal outbursts (known as tics). I have Been on over 30 different medicines since my diagnosis. None of which controlled my tics. After smoking Marijuana ( about 4 puffs) my tics were almost completely gone. I felt a feeling I haven't had since childhood- happiness. I am now off my medicines and can function normally. Please, think about how many people would benefit. join me in the fight to make marijuana legal
