I have written you before to help my husband and other veterans who are suffering miserably due to the Federal Law that mandates a Former Spouse will receive payments from his retirement for the rest of her life, even after she has remarried. My Husband has to die, before this ends.Help us with this. The former spouse get 50% of his retirement for life. What about his new family? We are suffering.
