The first amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees the separation of church and state, and says that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..." By putting the Judeo-Christian deity on our currency, this amendment is violated. Imagine if Christians had to walk around carrying money that said "Jesus is a lie" in their wallets. Would that be tolerated? Of course not.
Because our money is printed with God's name on it, there is an establishment of religion by the United States government. If those words were to be removed from the currency, it would no longer be considered legal tender, which therefore makes this a respected legal establishment.
We aim for the immediate halt of this practice, and the addition of a more universal saying to our money
