As a nation we spend trillions of dollars annually training, equipping, and deploying our armed forces. Additionally, we spend hundreds of billions annually training medical professionals, promoting and carrying out health programs, and funding medical research.
These two broad categories of expenditures are just examples of why America (and all other countries) actually DISBELIVES that there is a God at all.
If the United States of America truly believed in, and trusted, God why would we meddle in the affairs under God's dominion? Why would we spend one cent on curing cancer when it is clearly God's plan to kill our children with a neuroblastoma?
Marking our currency and labeling our buildings as if we trust in a god is misrepresenting reality. What we really trust is humanity.
