Several States have passed laws to allow Medical Marijuana be used in their State. Each one of these States have determined that Marijuana provides medical benefits and value for those who use it for their medical needs. 3 out of 4 Americans (74%) say they want Medical Marijuana to be legalized. Several States are afraid to pass such laws fearing government actions against them. Mean while, the citizens of their States must suffer from ailments that medical marijuana could be helping and healing. This petition asks that the Federal Government reschedule Marijuana from Schedule 1 to Schedule 2 or remove marijuana from Federal interference completely and allow States to choose their own Marijuana laws by bringing forward Bill H.R.2306 and getting it passed.
