Senate has passed the "NY Safe Act" which tightens firearm regulations to an unprecedented level. This move by Gov. Cuomo is in direct violation of our constitutional rights and the process by which it was passed through the senate and assembly was in direct violation of the NY state constitution. we the people deserve the right to have our voices herd and review the proposed legislation before it can be forced into law by debate behind closed doors. we the people request that governor Coumo resign his position of office.
