We have all been the victim of poor government service in the past, (I'm looking your way DMV) and I believe that government employees should be held accountable for their performance and be able to be fired like any employee in the private sector. This would force government employees who are complacent in their jobs knowing they can't be fired into people who care about their job and the service they are paid to provide.
