Remove the Gun Manufacturer Liability Waiver

Created by R.B. on December 17, 2012

In 2005, the US Congress passed the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act which prohibits civil liability actions from being brought or continued against manufacturers, distributors, dealers, or importers of firearms or ammunition.

Repeal the Act, and allow civil litigation and due process for the manufacturers of rapid-fire death.
