Remove the healthcare penalty so I can afford to survive.

I went to college thinking that I would put myself in a better position for my future generations. I graduated with a science degree and a huge debt.
I now make 34,000 and can't afford healthcare. I have to pay $900+ for rent in a bad Maryland neighborhood, $200+ for my car payment and $100 for insurance, $50 for utilities, $200 for gas, $300+ for student loans, $60 for internet.
My actual take home income is $2100/month. My basic bills add up $1810 without food or clothing. That leaves less than $290 for food and clothing. How do you expect people like me to pay $200 for healthcare that is too expensive to even use?
People my age barely use healthcare, but we have to choose between food and healthcare. Our get a penalty. Either give us universal healthcare or nothing. This helped no one
