The streets of the State of California has been invaded by a significant population of homeless individuals (drug-addicts, mentally-ill). The Government of California has turned a blind-eye to this social issue and as a result, the quality of living of productive citizens/tax payers of California has been compromised. Homelesses are found roaming the streets everywhere including bridges, beaches, and million-dollar neighborhoods. It is dangerous, gives a poor image of the State and the Country. The State of CA needs to develop a social strategy to obligate homeless individuals to seek public shelter and medical help. It should be made a crime to invade public streets with tents and junk.
