We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Remove hostile law enforcement or prohibit use of hostility by law enforcement at the North Dakota Access Pipeline.

Created by A.A. on November 12, 2016

The ability to protest the issues of the North Dakota Access Pipeline is guaranteed by the First Amendment of the United States constitution, allowing Americans freedom to protest peacefully and freedom of expression. However, law enforcement is violating the rights of the American people by assaulting them with rubber bullets, mace, and arresting praying protestors who are not being aggressive or harming anyone.
