It is the disgruntled American people that must bear the true weight of the failures of Congress to act accordingly on the problems that face America, notably the debt crisis.
It is the belief of the American people that Congress is not efficient, nor capable, of ratifying proper legislation to reduce the national debt and prevent the further increase of the debt ceiling. Both Democrats and Republicans are to blame for the procrastination in dealing with the crisis, and the unnecessary government shutdown.
Thus, we, the people, petition the Obama administration to remove all Representatives within Congress from their positions and to hold new elections within one year to show that the American people will no longer tolerate a Congress that cannot come together to solve major issues.
