Remove inane petitions that want to end free speech, like deporting or stripping citizenship from signers of petitions

There are at least 2 petitions calling for ending free speech of petitioners by deporting them or pulling their citizenship. Communists like this need to be sent packing, and shouldn't be posting on Whitehouse.gov to end free speech.
