The weight of the tax burden is on those who work and pay in leagally. If we had a national sales tax of 20% with 5% less for any item made in the USA. It would both create new jobs and bring in as much as twice the income to the Gov.
1)Think of the people who drawed unemployment and worked for cash. Did they pay in income tax? No, They probley got earned income tax credit for having kids at home. (of $5000)
2)There are thousands of people that draw disability and work for cash. Everyone knows one or two. They dont pay taxes on that income either.
3)Its time that equal is equal in this country.
PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR CASH DONT PAY THE SAME IN TAX AS THE AVERAGE JOE. But in most cases they draw more from the taxes paid in.
4) Most of all we need to promote items made in this country.
