We urge the Obama administration to bring back Americans right to fair trials, and to not supersede that right in any way. We want the section of the NDAA that allows the military to detain American citizens indefinitely with no trial to be removed immediately so that all American citizens will be granted a right to a fair trial as the constitution says.
