This petition is to remove the mandated requirement to have individual health insurance under the new healthcare policy.
1.) remove the requirement to have health insurance or pay an increasing fine the more years uncovered as stated in the current policy.
2.)remove the penalties currently required if an individual is not covered through health insurance.
3.)insurance must be available and have the opportunity to obtain health insurance at a reasonable rate shall remain unchanged.
Reason:to force a person to pay for insurance is against the civil/human rights.many people still remain to either not want insurance by choice or still can not afford and should not pay a fine for not obtaining Insurance to any government. Nor should the people be forced into a debt of not their choosing
