remove the "individual shared responsibility payment" from the Affordable Care Act, or limit who must pay.

The "individual shared responsibility payment" is one of the most outrageous fee's in this countries history. No federal government has ever had the tenacity to force healthcare on American's, and then penalize any who may just plain choose to not want to participate. Under current legislation, an individual has to meet certain criteria for exemption from this fee for lack of enrollment. I ask the Obama Administration to get rid of this law, or offer an opt out method for those individuals who do not wish to participate in a Federal healthcare plan.
