Remove interest from arrear child support.

I would like for the government to remove interest from back child support cases. I don't think it's fair to have the government agencies charge interest on issue like this. Because with arrears having interest added to them the individual will never be able to pay off the debt when it's a a large amount and it hurts the the individual from properly supporting his/her family when ever more funds are been taking out by the Attorney General. So please take a peek into helping individuals of staying out of poverty when trying to pay child support and arrears.
