when IAL took over the contract to ship military member's cars, military service members are enduring an atrocious amount of stress. Cars can't be tracked, aren't being delivered on time and are getting damaged, paperwork is lost and vehicles are left unlocked in unsecured "overflow lots". Service members and their families' attempts of getting in contact with local VPCs, customer service hotlines, or the claims department to find out about the whereabouts of their vehicles have failed. It is unacceptable that every attempt of calling the company is failing and customers are left in the dark. This is proven in the form of untrained staff, helpless customer service representatives to truck drivers that are hired. By revoking the contract and giving it back to the previous company "AAL".
