In a 7 year span, Jed York has successfully transformed the San Francisco 49ers from a proud, respectable, winning/lucrative franchise into the laughingstock of the National Football League. Through terrible drafting, scouting, and personnel decisions (players and coaches), the 49ers have gone from the Superbowl runner-ups to a team that has seen many players and coaches leave in a mass exodus. Jed York is clearly the driving factor here, as he looks to instill a "culture" that can be held "accountable," yet his shortcomings go unpunished. The man must go.
