Remove Jeremy Jacobs Jr from the US Travel and Tourism Advisory Board (RE: Renaming Yosemite)

Created by C.F. on January 16, 2016

Jeremy Jacobs, Jr, Co-CEO of Delaware North (Companies), or DNC, should be removed from the US Travel and Tourism Advisory Board due to a conflict-of-interest. The conflict-of-interest is as a stakeholder in a major corporation which has filed Trademarks on Historical properties in Yosemite National Park. Instead of gracefully handling the honor of being a National Park Concessionaire, DNC Parks and Resorts at Yosemite is holding hostage illegitimately acquired Trademarks (lawsuits, monetary compensation), forcing the National Park Service to re-name significant landmark properties which were already generally recognized by the public before its tenure as concessionaire. Mr. Jacobs' ongoing presence only allows him to bear additional illegitimate influence.
