Jerry Jones has sabotaged the Dallas Cowboys organization for years. The one playoff win since 1996 clearly proves he is not the right man for the job yet he refuses to relinquish any of his positions within the organization. The lack of success has built frustration within the fan base and things have gotten even worse recently. Thanks to Jones the Cowboys will have no cap space for years to come and will be in a position where they will not be able to spend money to improve the product on the field. Also he has allowed Jason Garrett to return as head coach even after mismanaging late game situations for a second year in a row. On top of that he fires the one proven coach on our staff, Rob Ryan. Jones also completely botched the first round of the 2013 draft. The fans deserve better.
