In his testimony before congress John Kerry accused American troops of war crimes. He accused them of murdering civilians, mass rape, and torture. He did this at a time in which U.S. troops were in combat. His words could easily have provided propaganda to the enemy thus placing U.S. military personnel in harms way. It is because of this as well as other scandals involving Mr. Kerry that I believe he lacks the necessary integrity to surve as Secratary of State.
