Remove John King as Secretary of Education and replace him with somebody who does not believe testing is the only answer

Created by B.F. on October 03, 2015

As Commissioner of Education in New York John King led a controversial set of reforms centered around the idea that problems with education can be solved through the process of incessantly testing students. Since these tests have relatively little value in actually determining the success of schools and they are detrimental to the welfare of students, education, and the future of the country, I'd like to see Mr. King replaced by someone who is more creative, open-minded, and willing to engage all stake holders.
