We respectfully request that Pres. Obama removes Judge Merrick Garland's name from consideration for a seat on the Supreme Court due to the incredibly rude and disrespectful behavior of Sen. McConnell & other Senate Republicans.
They took a bet that a Republican would win the WH; Do not give them a moderate justice as a reward for their flagrant disrespect. If the Senate does not hold hearings by Oct 1st, please pull the nomination.
