We the people, hereby petition the O'Bama administration to remove Superior Court Judge Jan Jurden from the bench for her blatant disregard for justice and the misuse of her judicial powers in her sentencing of DuPont heir, Robert H. Richards IV in the rape of his 3 year old daughter.
Judge Jurden gave Richards an eight-year prison term, but suspended all the prison time for probation.
“Defendant will not fare well in Level 5 [prison] setting,” she wrote in her order.
Judge Jurden allowed the convicted child rapist to go free to repeat his heinous crimes against other children.
We petition the O'Bama administration, in the name of justice and all children and rape victims, to reverse Judge Jurden's order AND remove her from the bench.
