Remove Judge Jan Jurden from her position in the Superior Court of Delaware.

Judge Jan Jurden has failed to act in the interest of justice pertaining to the sexual abuse of a child in the case of Robert Richards IV and his admitted rape of his three year old daughter. Judge Jurden was quoted as saying he would "not fare well" in prison and instead sentenced him to probation and treatment instead of jail time. As Richards is an heir to the Du Pont fortune we believe her sentencing was not in the best interest of the child or other children but rather a judgement made based on the perpetrator's financial status. In light of this judgement, we believe Judge Jan Jurden should be removed from the bench and replaced by a justice that would better protect the interests of children in the Delaware community.
