This petition concerns the Aaron Hernandez murder trial and the actions of Judge Susan Garsh, actions which I find racially biases, a poor dissemination of justice and down right out of order
Judge Susan Garsh has gone beyond her jurisdiction by asking a grieving mother not to grieve while looking at pictures of her dead son. Totally unacceptable from a member of the judiciary especially from a female judge. I find it quite appalling, the behaviour of the judge as a mother grieve goes to the basic human instinct to show remorse. It is a mother's right to grieve
