The judicial system in Rockford, IL is very corrupt. When I lived in Rockford, I even witnessed cops beating up a guy in a wheel chair. The feds need to step in and do something. Judge Bruce is one of the many Judges in the community known for accepting bribes. Judge Bruce has the largest reputation in Rockford, and removing him will send a message to everybody else.
