Remove Juggalos as a recognized gang.

Juggalos were unnecessarily added to the gang task force roster earlier this year. Doing so has created unnecessary harassment and stereotypical labeling against fans who have no intention of harming, or acting out against others violently. This has led to the removal and isolation of thousands of hard working music lovers who just want to find something they like and have something they can share with fellow fans. Furthermore, the FBI has in fact, by choosing to label them as such, economically hurt Psychopathic Records by utilizing their trademarked likeness and verbal imagery in a negative manner against the company. This is against the law and as such the FBI should in fact retract their statements and issue a public apology.
