Being a world superpower, it is outdated and insulting to the American people to have to follow the Gregorian Calendar in its current form with its months of July and August honoring long dead emperors of a long fallen empire.
We hereby demand the removal of the months "July" and "August" from the newly coined American Calendar followed by the prompt reinstatement of September as the seventh month, October as the eighth month, November as the ninth month and December as the tenth month.
