Remove Justice Scalia from the Supreme Court.

The separation of Church and State is written in the constitution and while it has been noted that our civil servants may practice religion it makes clear reference to not incorporating one religion. He was quoted saying "Our latest decision on the subject, which is quite different from previous takes, is that state must be neutral, not only between religions, but between religion and non-religion." In Everson v Board of Education Justice Hugo Black declared while interpreting Thomas Jeffersons words that "the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to erect a wall between Church and State." I'm urging President Obama to remove Justice Scalia from the bench because it is clear he is using faith to create a bias interpretation of the US constitution and modern day law.
